On May 15, 2023, Thang Long University organized the Job Fair 2023, marking the third iteration of this event after previous editions in 2019 and 2022. Job Fair is an annual activity that provides students with the opportunity to explore and apply to various enterprises, serving as a vital bridge between students and companies within their respective fields of study.

The theme for this year's Job Fair was "Unlock Your Potential," featuring the participation of 20 diverse companies:

The event began with student performances from the Korean Language Club (TLKC) and the Music Club (Muzik) at Thang Long University.

Notably, the event hosts were Thang Long University students themselves, MC Danh Thinh and MC Mai Chi, who displayed professionalism and confidence despite still being in their student years.

During the opening ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Huu Dang, the President of Thang Long University, presented memorabilia and certificates to the event's sponsors.

Additionally, the organizers presented certificates to participating companies and specialized sponsors.

Job Fair 2023 featured various informative and engaging activities, including:

• "Future Connect – Employment Opportunities in the Integration Period" talk show with guest speakers: Mr. Nguyen Hai Dang, Head of VTC Television Technical Department; Mr. Nguyen Dac Tinh, Co-founder of Ladipage; Mr. Vuong Anh Tu, Founder and CEO of KingStudy. The talk show was hosted by Dr. Nguyen Bao Tuan, a lecturer in the School of Economics at Thang Long University, and MC Mai Chi.

• "Employment for Gen-Z at Your Fingertips" talk show featuring Ms. Nguyen Bich Van, HR Manager at Navigos Group, and Mr. Pham Tuan Anh, CEO of JobOKO. The host for this talk show was Dr. Vo Khanh Linh, Head of the Economic Law Department at Thang Long University.

• Activities such as CV printing and editing, career counseling, and 1:1 mock interviews conducted by specialized sponsors.

• An Information Technology Area for IT enthusiasts to explore.

• Company booths with opportunities for job inquiries, CV submissions, and games.

• Stage performances and game activities.

• Culinary experiences at the Tourism Department's culinary camp.

Notably, two lucky students won exciting prizes, an iPad Gen 10 and a Macbook Air M2, through random drawings. To qualify for these prizes, students participated in Job Fair activities, including attending talk shows, visiting company booths, and engaging in 1:1 mock interviews.

In a special moment, rapper Phuc Du made a guest appearance at this year's Job Fair. With the enthusiastic support of the audience, Phuc Du lit up the stage with his well-known hits, contributing to the overall success and vibrancy of Thang Long University's Job Fair.
