The rapid development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has created numerous opportunities and challenges, directly impacting all sectors of the economy, including the tourism industry. The tourism industry in the Fourth Industrial Revolution requires a high-quality workforce that can keep up with digital technology, grasp modern information and communication technology, and master new skills specific to the tourism sector in order to integrate with the overall trend of international tourism. In this new context of exponential profit and rapid development in the tourism industry, there is a demand for a stable supply of high-quality human resources, including specialized training in the field of tourism. One of those fields is Hotel Management. The Hotel Management program at Thang Long University was offered in the academic year 2022-2023. The training program is highly practical and updated with the latest trends both domestically and internationally.
Training objectives
Graduates of the Hotel Management program will be equipped with the ability to generate, implement, and evaluate business management activities in the hotel and restaurant sector within the context of industrialization, modernization, and international integration.
