Inspection - Legislation Department
The Inspection - Legislation Department organizes and performs the following duties
Specifically
- Perform the internal inspection function;
- Advise, assist and be responsible to the Rector to carry out the inspection and examination;
- Carry out the development of internal legal documents of the University in accordance with the provisions of laws; conduct appraisal;
- Review and check documents, and systematize internal legal documents;
- Participate in disseminating and educating the laws within the school;
- Advise and propose to the Rector the measures to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the University, cadres, lecturers and students;
- Update documents on the inspection - legislation work of State agencies, report to the Rector to direct the implementation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Rector.
