The Information Technology Department manages the entire teaching system and equipment, network system, and practical classrooms at Thang Long University.

Specifically

• Manage classrooms, departments, and faculties' technological equipment for teaching and learning (such as computers, projectors, etc.).
• Manage the university-wide network system, and ensure the internal and Internet connection needs of cadres, lecturers, and students.
• Be responsible for maintaining and serving the teaching and learning equipment, and ensure the system works well.
• Manage Mail and Office 365 Account systems.
• Be responsible for the management of practical classrooms, technical assurance of computer systems, and multiple-choice exam systems at the school.
